What it is
A mimosa is sparkling wine with juice, and “bottomless” means refills for a set period rather than by the glass. Because it is sold by time rather than by volume, the rules a restaurant sets around it matter more than the drink does: how long you get, whether the whole table has to join, and whether everyone can pick a different flavour.
Ours runs for sixty minutes. Everyone at the table must order it, and the party chooses one flavour for the whole sitting.
